DislikedNightmarish Stay: Flies, Bed Bugs, and Broken AC! I recently endured a stay at this hotel that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. From the moment I entered the room, I was greeted by an army of flies buzzing around like they owned the place. It felt like a horror movie come to life. To make matters worse, the air conditioner was on the fritz, leaving me sweating the whole night . In addition of that my back started getting itchy (bedbugs assumption). Despite my complaints to the staff, nothing was done to rectify the situation. It's beyond comprehension how a hotel could allow such abhorrent conditions to persist. I asked for my second night refund and, of course, the manager REFUSED. Do yourself a favor and run far, far away from this establishment. Unless you enjoy sharing your room with flies, battling bed bugs, and sweating buckets in a broken AC, steer clear of this nightmare of a hotel.

LikedLocation is 5 stars- room equipped for and with everything needed for excellent weekend getaway. The nicest touch was the member of staff on duty had let me charge my phone before leaving with my luggage (after checking out). It’s small things like this that really make a memorable experience last a lifetime 🤘🏾

DislikedNothing- renovations being done in breakfast area a little unsightly but otherwise first class :)
