LikedThe staff were friendly & attentive. The location couldn't have been better, and the rooms themselves were comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here.

DislikedThe keycode on the doorknob unexpectedly began malfunctioning in the middle of the night, resulting in random chirping noises.

Spotless hotel in the heart of Gran Via street , the staff are very welcoming and friendly, the room is brand new everything inside was shiny and beautiful I loved the decorations in the toilet and in the room , 10/10 for this hostal ❤️❤️❤️
