LikedThe staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable.

DislikedThe location of this property is in a seedy area of Paris. There were questionable people around at night and it did not feel safe if you were to go out alone. We had to ask for toilet paper on two occasions. We were there for three nights. The room didn’t feel clean and had a residual odor of cigarettes.

Staff was amazing. Room was new. Close to gate du nord. Saw previous reviews and was nervous but it beat my expectations and was a great stay. My room was renovated so my experience may have been better than others. The building itself is old but there are renovations being done at the moment I believe for the Olympics. For the price and location you can’t beat it if you’re on a budget or travelling solo.

LikedThe location is near to Rail Station which is good but people are yelling in the nights and it was little scary. It appears that, the hotel is going through the renovation and bathrooms are not fully set-up. There were warm water in the showers instead of hot water in the winter.
