All good including location, few blocks to shopping mall ION, food is not a problem, staff are very nice and helpful, concierge is excellent (calling taxi) highly recommended. will stay again!

LikedThe location is very central.
DislikedWhen did a five-star hotel stop offering complimentary water? Instead Voco Orchard offers refillable bottles at a charge and drinkable water in the toilet. If you worry about sustainability, you can offer glass bottled water instead of plastic bottles

LikedThe gym is absolutely exceptional. I would go back to this hotel especially for work just because of the gym. Really well equipped and spacious. Not these multi purpose machines as in a lot of Hotel gym’s
