LikedThey didn’t notify me that my card didn’t go thru I was half way there I got a call that my room was sold out thy want me find another hotel to stay at I told them no I never got call all day till I was 1 hours into my 5 1/2 driver which was 11:30 pm I told night manager he better give a room for me and husband and drughter so thy came up with folding bed for her king bed for me and my husband which was up in 5th floor I ask for bottom floor I was tired too

DislikedThe place was nice quiet the only thing is that the a.m. manager they do not give a courtesy call and the elevator they had there expired two years ago. They need an elevator inspection done and I have pictures of that.

LikedI stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn because my continued education class was held at this location and it made sense to stay there. The location is close to the airport however there is NO SHUTTLE service. Not many restaurants close by. Quiet area.

DislikedYou have to pay for parking. There is no restaurant in the hotel so you will have to figure out your meals.You can eat in the lobby but you are not allowed to eat your own food or coffee you brought in the conference room.Rude upper MGMT towards our grou
