DislikedThe check in process was super slow. Over 30 minutes standing and waiting. The cleaning wasn’t on par with what I expected from a bigger chain hotel. I pointed out some of the issues and it was rectified. Other than that, hotels should ensure that shower heads are part of the cleaning process.

LikedOnly a 20 minute walk from Brussels Midi train station, making it a great location for Eurostar travellers. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Just a 10 minute walk from a nice selection of restaurants and only 20 minute walk from the centre of Brussels. Also near an underground if you don't want to walk.
