LikedThe location is simply very central and perfect, the room was quite large and spacious . breakfast needs improvement , it was too basic

Rooms were dirty especially the carpet. After making issue they transferred to newly renovated rooms which were fine but you have to complaint. Room size looks smaller than advertised and when you simply ask the reception they ask whether the guest measured with the meter, insulting to guest.

LikedBest part is the location, right front of the Central train station and near Grand place.
DislikedIt’s a 3* Hotel and you get absolutely no extra service. No one to help your luggages. No one answer house keeping number, finally when someone answered she told me to hold the line, after about 15min line got cut. Breakfast is bear minimal. Price is very expensive for what they offer with very basic hotel. But if you go with a mindset that you are paying for the location, you will be satisfied.

LikedStaff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. No issues moving us to a bigger room when one became available. Location to everything, central station next door, The Grand Place and fantastic restaurants an easy 5 min walk away.
DislikedPerhaps keep an eye on the breakfast in the lounge as after 9am there’s little left and it doesn’t get restocked. Otherwise it’s all you need to start your day.
