LikedI had reserved a basic room, but decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite. The receptionist threw in the buffet breakfast and the executive lounge, and gave us a good price. It was a smart move, extras made the experience even more comfortable. The hotel is across the street from the Brussels Central train station, very convenient. The neighborhood is busy, and there is a miniature homeless encampment in a sheltered alley around the corner, but nothing to get upset about. The soundproofing is very good. We visited during a Labor Day (May 1) festival, and some of the highly amplified music leaked in the windows, but it was tolerable. The location is right where we wanted to be able to walk to the sights we wanted to see, no need for a car. We had a splendid view from the upper floor window.

LikedThe location is fantastic, as the hotel is located just across the central station. The hotel is also steps away from the city center. The hotel, as well as the rooms are nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Breakfast was also good and offered various options.
DislikedThe chaos and long waiting time at the reception. When we arrived at 14:50 our 2 bedrooms were still not ready. They asked us to wait 5 minutes and in the end we had to wait 20 minutes. To check-in and check-out there were always long lines. There hotel has few staff at the reception and the few staff that is there seems to be overwhelmed. The only positive thing I can say from the reception is that my daughter got sick and one of the staff helped me to find a hospital where I could bring her.

Pros : - convenient location, directly opposite Brussel Train station Within walking distance (10-15mins) to major attractions Room size true to website info & picture in Agoda hotel booking, Cons :- Only have Reception counter in hotel lobby to manage check'in and or collection of luggages It is so inconvenient and confusing, esp when you are rushing to airport to catch the flight . No concierge counter in such 5 star hotel! The senior age male staff with glasses at the reception counter is not customer friendly, eventhough we told him one of our luggages are with fragile objects , he did not handle with care, he simply dropped the bag on the floor not once but twice , during deposit & collection. We are quite upset with his behaviour, totally no customer service at all. It is such a bad image for Hilton hotel!

LikedAc didn’t work room far to nosy with window open. No complementary water had to pay €3.50 a bottle. Only two small creamers to make coffee but was lots it coffee and tea. Why only two cream. Mattress very uncomfortable. Come over on a P&O ferry from hull bed was more comfortable on the ship.
