LikedThe fine part of the personnel, who remembered what we like to drink and provided it to us without asking. The location was near the kite surf spot.

DislikedPoor cleanliness of rooms and restaurants I am not sure if it was vacuumed for the whole 6 days there. We left a towel on a beach and after 5 mins was gone. We had to pay charges for it. Ridiculous gym working hours 10-17. 2/3 of the equipment was not working. Annoying advertisers while walking or sitting around the pools. A small amount of water provided in the rooms (others provide at least 1.5l per person per day, here only .5l) Impolite staff especially at the reception Poor food quality

LikedShocking along with the other meals, staff went out of the way to make sure service was slow never had a hot meal during my stay. Location was also very bad as a taxi is required to go for food else were for food as there is nothing close.

Likedoverall looking , some nice stuff some lazy and rude f.... rooms was just fine , sleeping vas really good no problems just some ants but nothing what can not be survived

Disliked1 heated small pool , too much people in there , aqua park attractions open 2x for very short time + bonus always 30 mins late open and close exactly at time (10-13 , 15-16) Food really base without tasting ,we should get rooms with pram-stroller at ground floor but they give us 4th floor so traveling via elevator was hell so again for change rooms 500 egp per night ... rocks everywhere at "sunny" sea beach so ... you have to look for another beach by taxi .... and so on i was in Egypt 4th time , this was worst hotel combo what we had ...

LikedSuch unbelievable amazing hotel So friendly staff Abdelnaser the security manager was so helpful &polite and 7ossam from F&B was the best ...thanks aloe for everyone I will come back
