LikedA great hotel to travel to, the brightest spot of the hotel is Jimmy, Alex and his staff. They provide and introduce information about many tours to Ha Long, Ninh Binh, Ha Giang, Sapa,... There will always be discounts if you book from this hotel.

LikedGreat location to explore Hanoi, many famous street eateries, near train street. Jenny and Jimmy helped us book water puppet tickets and a day tour to Ha Long with quality beyond our expectations. We love this hotel.

LikedWe had a really great experience here, everything was fine, the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is no longer new and modern but everything is enough. What compelled us to write a review was the enthusiasm and hospitality of the staff. Everyone is wonderful. The manager Jim always provided us with the greatest services, he helped us book tours with great prices and quality. Jenny kindly helped us book nearby spa services and get discounts. The staff who opened the door always smiled every time they met us. The room is clean and has windows looking outside so you can always enjoy fresh air every day.
