LikedThe hotel is very good for the travel, the price is cheap, the quality of service is good, I am very satisfied when I have a chance to come back here.I chose Royal palace hotel as a stop for all my business trips. The hotel meets all my requirements. From the center to the hotel too close and convenient. Jimmy is hospitable and Jenny is kind, they took care of me during my stay.

LikedGood hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Sulli very enthusiastically introduced us to everything on the map. The manager Jimmy helped us with a 2-day trip to Ninh Binh with a very competitive price and quality beyond our expectations. The hotel is located in an extremely convenient location with services better than a 5-star hotel.

LikedWhat a nice place to stay in Hanoi. Great location near the lake, night market and shopping streets. Everything was clean and up to high standards. Breakfast had a wide range of options of high quality! Service was great from Jim and the front desk ladies-Sulli spoke excellent english! We felt welcomed and well taken care of during our stay. We had a spa session which also was very relaxing and enjoyable. A perfect place for a romantic vacation.
