We stayed in 5 places in Northern Vietnam and this was the best. Casual, comfortable, the staff took care of the airport transfer and a 5:45am breakfast to-go(which was very substantial); plus shopping and restaurant recs. Complimentary upgrade to room, which was on a quiet street (in the Old Quarter!). Lastly, they sent us off with a gift bag of teas and dried fruit. Love.
