LikedPerfect location, great breakfast, personnel extremely helpful and respectful. They were super caring and let me leave my luggage for several days for free. Recommend 100% staying here, best hotel in Hanoi! Very good price-quality ratio!

The staff are amazing. The location is perfect. The room is mostly great. Can be noisy at times due to guests not being mindful of other guests. There is no pool which I didn’t realise but we were not there long enough for this to be a problem.

This is an exceptional hotel that exceeded our expectation (that is usually very high!). Location, room quality, facilities and, above all, staff quality - all superior! We were upgraded to a duplex room that was a delight. Every single person at the front desk, travel desk, etc. went out of the way to serve and with a smile. Location cannot get better than this to explore the Old Quarters , with the beer street (spectacular on weekend nights) and everything else touristy within a few minutes walk. Also, one of the best Skybars in Hanoi to boot on 11th floor. Highly recommended place!

A wonderful place to stay in the old town of Hanoi, where the staff go the extra mile to welcome and look after you. Tuan in the rooftop bar is very friendly and helpful with some restautrant recommendations. The rooms are clean and well kept. Food in the restaurant is fabulous, great presentation, with some little taste treats as well. Definitely stay here.
