LikedThe hotel location is great and breakfast was good. Staff was also pleasant although they couldnt deal with our problem.

DislikedWe had booked a king room but we were given a room with twin beds and told that the hotel was overbooked and so no king rooms were available. We were very disappointed as my partner and I had planned our night in New York City as a reunion and date night. The hotel staff flatly said they couldnt do anything about it and that this was due to third party booking (like Booking.com) happening. Request Booking.com to please address my dissatisfaction and do whats necessary to ensure this doesnt happen again.

LikedEverything that I needed or asked for was responded to in a timely and helpful manner. There was a staff member named Jasmine who exceeded any and all expectations. It was a challenging period of time for me and she could not have been kinder and more supportive. All of the staff were excellent, but she gets an A+ for being available and helping me with my reservation.

DislikedI'm not a big fan of Flatbush Avenue, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Once you're inside, all is good. I really had overall no complaints at all.
