LikedThe location was fine for the purpose of our trip. I'm not sure if it is counted as downtown, which has never been a case for us anyway. The bed is big and okay, the room is ok, nothing exceptional, but there is nothing to complain about as well. I would say good option for the price. The host is responsive and nice.
DislikedThe street is noisy, which is pretty obvious from the street plan, and I won't be keeping balcony doors open unless you are insensitive to street sounds. It is not that I didn't like it, I knew it from the start. Just FYI.

LikedThe owner of the property was very helpful, responding to all the questions and communicating with us at any time. They gave precise instructions about the stay and even recommended us some places where we could get nice lunch.
DislikedThe main problem with the place was how dirty it was. The floors were so dusted that our luggage had stains. It was also unpleasant to find some stains on the bedsheets, so I did not even want to get under the blanket. There was also no possibility of leaving the luggage for a day, which we would have appreciated.

DislikedHost did not make it clear that this was not a hostel but a shared apartment. The address given also wasn’t accurate and we struggled to find the door/key to the place for over an hour. Do not recommend.
