LikedRoom was fine. Bed surprisingly comfortable. Shower functional.

DislikedThe food was not so good. By far the weakest part of the stay. Some of the meat including the sausages were served under cooked/raw which was a concern.

LikedThe property has a nice location - some staff like bar staff and some restaurant staff were nice and pleasant. The reception was not helpful and made me feel uncomfortable as I had to complain and did not want to compensate in any way

DislikedThe place had a lot of functions not working. The food is really poor and a waste of money, when you have all inclusive you cannot get juice through the day for your children like apple, orange etc, it is only fizzy drink. Ants nests in the room and goes into all your clothes and bed. This place has big groups of youths that take over the hotel and make a lot of noise disturbance. The staff at reception are not helpful apart from a few. The manager katina is rude and did not want to listen to my complaint. My daughter is autistic and I feel like we had a bad holiday this time round.
