Unazuki Onsen Osake No Oyado Kisen

LikedAmazing outdoor onsen, great breakfast with many options & japanese-style dinner, very helpful staff. The whole place is a bit dated, but it does not affect comfort and overall experience. Outdoors scenery is beatiful during the autumn season.

DislikedLocation on booking.com is incorrect. Real location is 10-15 minutes walk from station across the bridge. But Unazuki Onsen town is tiny in general, so it's not a bit issue. Hotel can provide transportation if necessary.

Liked5-10 minutes walk from the JR Station, not too bad Room cleanliness is acceptable Meals and breakfast are acceptable

DislikedThe property is too old and need renovation without further delay Insects are flying around the lamp of the room The public bath is small

Liked- the japanese tatami room is nice. They setup the futons while we were having dinner - availed of the half board option so the japanese dinner course was nice. - got to experience the outside onsen which was amazing!

Disliked- they do not reply to your messages. When sent numerous request to get picked up by the shuttle from the station, did not get any reply at all. They are located at the farthest part of the town but couldn’t enjoy their free shuttle service coz they just don’t reply to you.

LikedSome nice views from the big window and helpful staffs....other than that this hotel need a big upgrade
