Gillieru Harbour Hotel

Disliked4 star hotel with 2 star service. Staff could not have careless we were paying guests they were not helpful at all. All the floors smelled of smoking and the walls so thin which made for a very very noisy time at the hotel. We had a large group staying and would have expected a better service. The room was so small could hardly walk around once there were 2 suitcases in there.l big trip hazard. Terrible lighting in room. Bathroom after shower was drenched as no shower screen! Would not recommend to anyone to stay here.

Likednice hotel, clean and tidy room, comfy bed

Dislikedthe hotel is very far from airport, about 30minutes drive. Restaurant closes at 10pm.

LikedThe location is very convinient. Also,the hotel is on the coast. 😊

LikedRooms were great for one or two people, which is what we booked. Location was good, on the sea front. Staff were very helpful making arrangements to get three rooms located near each other and then extending the stay so we could keep the same three rooms on two occasions.

DislikedBreakfast was okay, but not brilliant, also, no real hot options for vegetarians, the scrambled eggs contained ham. We only had breakfast in the hotel once, then went hunting elsewhere. Shower temperature was difficult to control, think the cold water pressure on upper floors was low.
