Very well located hotel to see major sits as near public transport and especially helpful staff as I am an older lady travelling by myself and they couldn’t do enough for me

Nice restaurant and gym. Very constricted entranceway that doubles as the luggage area gets clogged by luggage especially during busy times. Street loading/unloading is also a challenge during busy times.

LikedGreat location, at walking distance from Al Ghubaiba bus station. There is also a bus stop nearby or you can walk to Sharaf metro station. The room was very spacious, with a dining room tablewith four chairs. Wifi worked well. The mattress was very comfortable.
DislikedAlthough the toilet was clean the refurbishing looked a little mismatched, mixing old facilities with new ones. For example the shower faucets were new but the bath tub looked dated. I enjoyed being in Bur Dubai, which is the traditional part of the city, but if you are looking for fancy skyscrappers, it's better you look in Dubai Marina or elsewhere.
