Garlande Hotel Avignon Centre

LikedThis is a seriously well run hotel. Everything was well organised and very efficient. I found the gentleman on reception (the proprietor I guess) very helpful and friendly. The notes sent before I arrived were really useful, as was the information provided when I arrived. The location is excellent and the hotel has simple but clean and pleasant rooms. My room was double aspect.

DislikedThere was nothing which I did not like about this hotel other than perhaps the requirement to leave my key hanging on a hook when I was out. Particularly when the reception was not manned, it would have been easy for another guest to take my key. They didn't, of course!

LikedGreat location . The hosts are wonderful making our stay memorable . Very nice breakfast .

LikedQuiet, clean and comfortable hotel, in a side street with almost no traffic but still in the heart of the city. Lots of good restaurants close by. Only 10 minutes walk from the station. Very friendly and helpful staff, good advice where to eat and what to see.

DislikedOur room was quite small. Not much of a view.

LikedNice location in town, lovely rooms with great attention to detail and very friendly staff. The breakfast was great and provided a great selection of homemade specialities. I would definitely stay here again.
