The only thing that is good about this place is the location. My first room was mouldy, dingy, smelly, with paints peeled off. As a mezzanine room, the heights of each floor is only 165 cm. I’m 162 cm and I have to duck every time I’m in the room. Booked the room for a week and never sleep on it!

Ganga Hotel and Apartment boasts a genuinely welcoming staff, but unfortunately falls short in providing comfortable accommodations. The prevalence of mosquitoes, along with mold and humidity issues, significantly detracts from the overall experience. Improvements in room maintenance and pest control would greatly enhance the stay for guests.

Liked1. Outdoor setting is beautiful, it's cozy and fresh. 2. Free breakfast.

Disliked1. Toilet - its flooding. 2. The couch is spike and feel hurts when you sit. Less sponge I would say. 3. Stains on pillow case and towel.

My recent stay at the Ganga Hotel and Apartment from April 18th to April 20th, 2024, in a Superior room with a Pool and Garden View, offered a mix of positives and areas that could use some attention. The room's affordability was a highlight, providing good value for travelers on a budget. The bedroom area was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the experience was somewhat marred by the condition of the toilet and living room areas, which fell short of expectations. The toilet cleanliness was notably lacking, and the living area could benefit greatly from some refurbishing. An unexpected early morning disturbance occurred when the room boy entered my room to clean while I was still sleeping. This incident highlighted the need for basic amenities such as "Do Not Disturb" or "Please Clean My Room" signs to enhance guest privacy and control over room cleaning times. Additionally, the provision of sandals would be a thoughtful touch, adding to the overall comfort and convenience during the stay. In conclusion, while the Ganga Hotel and Apartment offers an affordable accommodation option with a commendable bed area and pleasing views, there is significant room for improvement in cleanliness, living area conditions, and guest privacy measures. Addressing these areas could transform the guest experience from satisfactory to exceptional.

LikedExcept for suite where roof to low for people over 1.6m; badly in need of repairs and painting. Shower rose broken as well. Staff work hard and give good customer service.
