The staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was clean. The downside was the location being far from the downtown area and the bed was of low quality and comfort.

Likedroom was recently renewed, modern (with a wall separating the guardrobe from the bed), stylish. The shower was interestingly coloured

Dislikedthe mattress was not comfortable; the interesting option of lighting colours in the shower could not be appreciated since not working in absence of the main very bright lamp

LikedParking was free and easy into city centre Bernadette the afternoon receptionist was very helpful and understanding.

DislikedThe building is tired and need some loving. My air conditioning unit had the loudest noise needed to call an engineer to fix it. The jacuzzi bath did not work. Engineer came and looked at that too as did the receptionist. Despite telling manager in the morning who did not believe me I had to prove it again and then was told I would have a reduction in my bill. Breakfast was not great.
