DislikedOur view for the week was looking at an empty swimming pool. We were really disappointed not to be informed or compensated for this. We didn’t even get an apology. The pool was supposed to be refilled while we were there but it wasn’t, the children’s pool was. It was a very windy week and we had to go to the beach every day which at times was challenging!!! We requested a late check out (which we pay for) when we booked and on the day of check out our room was required so we couldn’t get it. We were informed that the Hotel had 80% occupancy but it was our type of room that was most popular. Can’t understand why a hotel would not upgrade guests to better rooms if they are available, especially considering looking out at an empty pool is so grim. This is my 7th time staying in the hotel and I thought we could have been looked after a little better. Have never received anything for loyalty!!! The beach cafe outside the hotel has closed down and the premises has been left looking unsightly which isn’t great for the hotel. Hopefully something new goes in soon.

Dislikedtwo days into our 9 day stay the hotel closed the pool for maintenance, was still closed when we checked out.

DislikedThe pool is not working for the whole week we stay. The rooms are out dated.
