DislikedWe were freezing inside the room as the heater was not switched on. They said that the hotel has the right to switch off the heating from 15 April as per law which I couldn’t believe. Room was not clean. Room is so dark, no lights insides the room except night light. So it was very bad experience. Never again

DislikedThe bathroom was not cleaned well. There was mould, and the shower curtain smelled like pee. The ground and carpet were very dirty. It looked like it was never cleaned.

LikedStaff were friendly Hotel is old and needs modernisation Hygiene wise it's disgusting!! I found hair on the pillow, in the bed sheets and all over the bathroom. The bathroom itself was horrible. Breakfast for 22 euro had flies buzzing over and limiter choice. I am glad I was there for a single night only during my transit. Just avoid all together 😵😵

LikedThe hotel was ideally located from getting to and from the airport and close by for the number 71 tram to get into the main city. The bedroom, although small was adequate for 2 people with complementary toiletries. Staff were extremely helpful and the free breakfast was good. Breakfast was included in my booking but I wouldn't pay the 22 euros if not included. Restaurants close by from Venetian dishes to pizza etc.
