We have been to the Maldives annually for over 12 years but Ellaidhoo had the very best house reef for snorkeling, we have ever found. We have also been to Tahiti, Fiji, Australia , Hawaii & Pacific islands, and nothing compares. Amazing & colorful coral with fabulous quantity & variety of fish, eagle rays & sharks. So much so that we booked before leaving the island for the next year. Wonderful staff, especially Leem (buffet ) Khalid (housekeeping) & Damith (A La Carte Bar). Overall stay was Good but disappointment in the beginning because there was charges for the transportation from the Airport to the Resort. The charges is very expensive and we have overlooked the fine print in the Agoda booking. It states One way free transfer but only applicable till Dec 2023. Pls remove this misleading information as i had booked this resort in Jan/Feb 2024. The Resort did NOT consider to give any discount or consideration for price reduction. The staff said refer to AGODA . I guess its too late once we arrived there only realised this misleading fine print. AGODA do consider compensating us because it costs us more than RM2,000.00 ONLY for the Airport transfer. NOT WORTH IT !!! .... Next time include in the package to make it more attractive for OTHER travelers. TQ

awesome place, excellent hospitality by staffs across all departments. they will go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. beautiful house reefs, excellent AI menu. room facilities are beyond what you pay for. definitely a place to make your Maldives vacation memorable.

I had a lovely, relaxed holiday on this island resort, about a 90-minute speedboat ride from Male airport. The room was big and clean with all the necessary. There is a dive center, a nice pool to relax, a gym, a pool table, and many other entertainment games provided at the main bar. "HOUSE REEF WAS GREAT" There was an abundance of snorkeling opportunities just a short step away from the beach where I swam with sharks, sea turtles, and many different species of fish every day.. The resort served quality food with more variety than expected. A BIG Thank You to Mr. George the GM for your kind arrangement and awesome hospitality leading all the staff to make our vacation a perfect one. We are very pleased with Mr. Shauka taking care of us very well during our meal time plus the chefs, bartenders, and the servers in the main bar. A Big Thumbs Up for Elaidhoo Maldives. Perfect peaceful paradise with an Amazing House Reef......Will Be Back!!!

Good: The Ellaidhoo Maldives at Cinnamon is an amazing place to snorkel and dive. The reef is incredible. The staff are amazing and truly care about the island. The room we stayed in (Overwater bungalow) was incredible. Bad: All inclusive is NOT all inclusive. Unless you get the "premium" all inclusive, you cannot get certain alcoholic drinks, nor fresh juice...very limited. Dining - you are limited to 1 restaurant...which means you eat the same thing over and over again....very boring. They try to sell you "romantic dinners", etc...even though you are at a all-inclusive.
