LikedThe staff was so nice, the check-in, check out went well. We ask for a new hair dryer, and we got it in 2 hours later a brand new. The pools were great, ideal to swim and sunbathing.

DislikedWe didn't like that all day long from 10.00 am to midnight there is loud music, and noisy program. We need some silent hours or siesta time during the day. We missed the juices from the breakfast. There is a limited space for parking. The beer in the bar was expensive and not a good quality.

LikedAir-con works good. Bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom. Location is ok if you have a car.

DislikedRoom was good but I got a double bed room (two twin beds) which were put next to each other instead of using double bed bedding. Breakfast was generous but really awful taste wise, I don't know how food can taste that bad. Location is good if you have a car.

DislikedA lot of mosquitos in the room. Coming through the ventilation system. Even if you killed like 10 of them, and have all the windows shut, they will appear at the end of the day through the ventilation system or under the main door

LikedPleasant staff, clean facilities, the food was actually delicious, i liked the different activities they had for both adults and children

LikedLots of pools, walking distance to beach and shops, or to hop on a bus to Alcudia old town. Staff friendly. Clean and tidy, good selection of food at the buffet.

DislikedNothing really! It’s a good value hotel. We didn’t expect 5 star, it is what it is - enjoy the beach, enjoy the pool and hop on the bus to see some new places too.
