LikedFrom the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was made to feel welcome. Whenever I had an issue of booking a train or places to go, the staff completely went above and beyond for me. It’s the best money I’ve ever spent in my whole life! When I visit Zurich again, this hotel will be one of the main reasons!
