DislikedWe chose this hotel because they offered free shuttle as we had a very short stay and needed to go to the airport the next day. I asked them twice (1st time weeks before arriving date) where we should get the shuttle and how it worked. As I got no response, we had to pay an uber there (more than 30 dolars). At the check-in I asked them about it and the manager said we should talk with Booking.com. Booking meditated and said the hotel decided not to refund us, although they can check on the messages our 2 attempts of getting the information. Very disappointing and bad customer service.

DislikedThey offer airport shuttle service on a limited basis on a strict schedule. No details on booking.com website..they said you'd have go on Hilton website. I had to pay for a Lyft..if I'd known I would have booked another hotel.
