LikedLocation was very good. Very close to the Underground and just around the corner from Tower of London
DislikedThe room was very small which wasn't really an issue. It was extremely warm - didn't understand the temperature controls. There was also an ongoing low noise, like an extractor fan, all night and I couldn't locate the source. I had very poor night sleep and for a Hilton hotel I was disappointed

DislikedThe reception staff - some were amazing & others less informed about how access to the lounge near reception works, e.g., we arrived back at 10pm and wanted to grab a coffee & the first person we spoke to simple said the lounge was closed & was completely disinterested in helping us, whereas the second person we asked said it was open and actually made the effort to bring some fresh milk for our coffees!!
