It was not quiet at all at night. Someone snored all night long. It was very loud. Even if I put on sound-isolating headphones, I could still hear it. I didn't get a good rest for 2 days in a row! ! ! ! !

It took 45 minutes to check in and required 4 different codes to get to my bed. Two of the codes never got sent to me so required codes to be reset and multiple phone calls because the reception was not manned late afternoon. People before and after me also had issues.
