DislikedUnhelpful staffs, air con not working and yet tech never came to fix it, realized only on my 4th night that my room door cannot be locked, fake mirror in front of bed, no tel directory in room and have to walk back to respectionist to ask for house keeping, room safe not working, large breakfast spread but not of quality, have to call house keeper again and again before they respond

LikedNothing to complain about this place! The staff is incredible nice, always ready to help you a specially Miss Meltem Ufak,Mr Kursat,Mr Erkan &manager Mr Yasin they are amazing team!
DislikedHotel Dedeman is a perfect place to stay in Istanbul. It is close to the center and the Underground station. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. A specially Miss Meltem Ufak ,Mr. Kursat ,Mr Erkan That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. Definitely see you soon Dedeman 😊

Very old furniture and not clean. No services . The location beside industrial area. The ask fees for parking valet. Not recommended .
