LikedThe location and the view from the rooms. Warm welcome from Ahmet during check in. The steam, sauna and Turkish bath. The spa staff were amazing!

DislikedThe cleaning of rooms and breakfast service staff. We were there for two nights and the second day we come back to discover our room was just done a touch up. No proper cleaning services for the bed and the bathroom. Empty water bottles were lying all over. Breakfast on both the days were underwhelming by the service team. They just remove the coffee machine and tea at sharp 10 am without checking guest requirements. On asking for something to be served to the table, they do not respond properly. Always in a hurry to close operations. Didn’t feel welcomed.

DislikedI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with dust bunnies lurking in corners and questionable stains on the carpet. The shampoo provided in the bathroom looked like it had been partially used, which was off-putting. Moreover, the staff lacked any semblance of hospitality; they seemed disinterested and unfriendly throughout my stay. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.
