DislikedToilet was not even properly cleaned. There are kitchen utensils but no detergent. Cleaners probably rinsed the glasses and cups with water only,hence there's stain on them. Will not go there again. Laundry machines not functioning properly.

LikedRoom - clean, comfortable, and quiet. Shuttle service - prompt and reliable. Foyer - gorgeous. Breakfast - tasty with lots of options. Special touch - welcome desk handed out tasty treats while we waited for the shuttle.

DislikedCheck-in - it took a long time in a queue at reception before any staff told us that the hotel was overbooked; and a long time to make a room available to us. We had also booked twin beds and then had to share a double.

LikedLove the space and room. Very convenient to the airport. Shuttle service is excellent and on time!

DislikedHotel was overbooked and no notice of this was given. Hotel arranged for a stay in a different hotel without a change in price, also no invoice was provided after having reached out a few times.
