LikedIt's good location with great proximity to the river. Easy access to shopping mall with good collection of food and drink. The gym facilities are impeccable. Great breakfast collection. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

DislikedAs the breakfast is buffet style, some guests have bigger eyes than their stomach resulting in such waste of food. During our stay, there are some guests always coming to life almost mid-night making a lot of party like noise for hours disrupting other guests resting time, which are not in Harmony with a very discreet environment.

LikedEverything about this hotel is amazing. Every staff member we encountered was polite, extremely helpful, and we definitely felt like treasured guests. Loved the Nespresso pods for in-room coffee, comfortable beds, and luxurious bathroom. I'm still talking about our stay here!!

DislikedShampoo and body wash is locked in the shower stall, so there is none nearby if you decide to use the bath.

Sometimes I feel that a few staffs working at Conrad need to improve their service mind including how to respond to the customers even if they don't stay at the hotel. totally different from other 5 star hotel staffs ex) shilla hotel...somewhat disappointed.

Price is little higher than other 5 stars hotels. but Conrad has more spacious rooms as I think.
