Hotel Champagne Palace

LikedThe location near the main railway station is very good. There are restaurants and other services nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They willingly storaged my luggage after checking out.

DislikedI arrived at night. The area feels a little unsafe at night when everything is closed and all the garbage is placed on the streets to be collected. Though this is more an Italian problem rather than hotel problem.

LikedThe staff were great and could not do enough for you, The location was great with lots of good places to eat and relax in the area, plus it was close to the train station. the hotel overall had a great feel and atmosphere. and it was easy to walk to the sights of Rome from here.

DislikedThe hotel was listed as having aircon, but it did not work, overall rooms could do with a deeper better clean. if the hotel was cleaner it would make a big difference, overall it's a nice place that needs a little TLC.
