LikedThe rooms are spacious and clean. The mosquito nets are definitely needed. There is no TV in the room, which is fine, but with young kids I often like to use it quiet time. The breakfast was fine; not great but not terrible. The pools were good. It was hard to get the staff’s attention to order drinks so you had to go to them rather than them going around to check that pool/beach area.

DislikedOverall, it’s a pleasant stay. I think the location is the one beneficial part of the hotel but I do think there are better hotels with better offerings for the same price.

DislikedI stayed in the cottage and it was very run down and old. The beds are extremely hard, I asked if there was a possibility of moving to a newer room and was told no. They just added a mattress topper- which didn’t help. My air-conditioner leaked for two days and then when it was getting fixed I couldn’t use my room for 2 hours. My friends also stayed in the newer rooms and they had the same issue with leaking aircon which leaked all over their bags. Very expensive resort for less than desirable accomodation. When I asked for a later checkout they said no which was disappointing considering the issues with the room and it’s not a busy time at the resort.
