Hi everyone. I booked and booking was confirmed 3weeks in advance. When I arrived with my family on weekend at 6pm they did not find my reservation. I hope this was due to flood issue, but any case I was not the one with such case. While I was standing at reception I was able to observe a lot of complains from the guests about different things, towel, room was not clean, noise, no wifi etc .. in my case only around midnight I got final confirmation from agoda that my room was not confirmed.. so I have to find other place... What was too late, but anycase this is separate story. Just be aware after midninght you almost can not book room for the same night. As for service it was ok , but person in the restraint didnt know about promo what was at the entrance because he was new, and could not find details either. This place is ok to stay for short term , it is near to the airport. If you looking for real 5star this is not about this place. Just 4 star, decent room if you lucky. I was stayed in this hotel before few times, didnt expect ut getting worse and worse unfortunately...

Definitely not recommended. Very dirty, smelly and old hotel. Booked it for 3 nights checked out the next morning without refund. Previously known as Carlton palace hotel. Now known as knight castle without getting it refurbished. Guess name change due to lots of negative feedback.
