LikedRoom was clean with enough towels. Shower had hot water. The radiator is adjustable at any time so I turned it off when it was too warm. The location was excellent, had easy access trams to go to anywhere.
DislikedWe didn't expect to have a super amazing stay as we saw photos of the hotel in advance, however, the elevator was so old and narrow that terrified us. (but was working without any problem)

LikedThe location is quiet and good (next to the museums). Direct connection to the airport (bus) and to the central station (tramway).
DislikedOur room was very cold because of an unisolated window which let the frozy wind coming into the room. We have slept very badly because of the cold. The walls are not well isolated and one night we had to call the reception because of our noisy neighbours; after it, the situation was solved.
