DislikedFor my birthday, I decided to go with my wife to this place. I informed the staff about this in advance before arriving. When we arrived we were greeted well. But when we entered the room we were very upset. Everything was not as in the photographs. This is a lie. You can't see it in the photo. We booked a super suite and almost everything in this room was terrible. It all started when I noticed a lot of hair on our bed. There was hair everywhere on the pillows and blanket. The bed was poorly made. There was a dead cockroach and hair on the floor next to the bed. After some time, we noticed another cockroach next to the bed; it was alive and crawling along the floor. No one washed the floors. The towels were dirty and torn. The refrigerator was leaking, it was not working properly, and there was a lot of water on the floor. An internet cable was sticking out of the ceiling. I don’t know why it is needed there... The cabinet is in very poor condition. The sofa was stained with dark stains and it was simply not pleasant for us to sit on it. There was a table on the balcony and it also had a yellow spot. Of the 3 lamps on the ceiling, only 2 worked. The TV, like everything else, was dusty. The table in the room was dirty with something. Strong stains from dirt on the glass and limiters on the balcony. The curtain names have traces of stains. There is a water pipe near the toilet and it didn't look very good. When we checked in, they forgot to bring a kettle and bathrobes to our room. This can go on ad infinitum. We came across a neighbor in the next room who was yelling like crazy and smoking. In addition, there will be noise on the street from people screaming and music, especially in the evening. There is an amusement park on site, which makes a lot of noise. There is a road right next to the balcony, along which cars, motorcycles and even large buses often pass, bringing tourists. We had to leave at night; we did not stay there for a single night.

LikedAmazing stay! It’s very near the sea and nice restaurants around. No issues with the room - well cleaned, comfortable bed, beautiful decor. We loved it there!
