Dislikedit is normal IMHO for staff to make mistakes as there is no education in the field. Far east Asian countries in hotel business are almost perfect in hospitality.

DislikedThere's was no water in the building on the checkout day. We couldn't use the bathroom, take a shower etc.

LikedThe room was clean with everything you need. Very spacious and quiet. The hotel is quite modern. There's a lot of parking in front of the hotel. Although on the suburb of Rome, the hotel was easy to find.
DislikedThe breakfast was not in the range of a four star hotel. It could have been better. Everything else was excellent.

DislikedLoud noise in the air conditioning I made the mistake of booking 6 to 7 April but should have booked 5 to 6 as I arrived at the hotel at 02.00 and they charged extra 30 euros for this night even though I told them I would only stay this one night. Adhere strictly to the rules
