LikedExcellent location, right next to Grant Park with very good public transit access a short walk away. When I went, the hotel had agreements with restaurants in the building that gave discounts to guests. The staff were also very nice.

DislikedI found that noise from the street could sometimes be disruptive late at night. There were also smaller things, like the towels being thin, but otherwise there were very few things that I did not like.
