LikedClean and spacious bathroom. Comfy beds. Staff were responsive when we asked for more towels. Reception staff friendly. Delivery drivers can deliver food easily. Tram service into Amsterdam is only 7 minutes walk away.

DislikedSmall room, not much space besides beds. First night was warmer than usual and the minimum air conditioning was limited to 17 degrees, but they had an extra fan. Difficult to squeeze soap bottles. Weirdly shaped pillows. Light from outside the window coul sometime leak through curtains.

This hotel is not in the city center but is thankfully near one of the tram lines so getting around was really easy. There were some hairs in my room and the toilet had not been flushed. But the staff was very nice and accommodating. I found the dinner buffet to be overpriced and underwhelming.
