LikedStaff very friendly, location close to city and train station, ample parking, breakfast variety good and good taste.

DislikedLaundry machines did not work, beds extremely hard, no coffee available outside of breakfast.

LikedBreakfast was solid, kind staffit and it is close to city center.

DislikedNo Air conditioning, walls were dirty, no restaurant or bar in hotel. Good thing is you can go to near by hotel for dinner and drinks.

Likedthe stay was amazing and it felt like its a relatively new building with everything new. we got rooms next to each other which is amazing. bathrooms, toilets, are neat and clean. the amenities given were also nice. beds were good and nice quality and room was spacious The staffs were friendly and the rooms have a keycard for access hot water were there and spacious wardrobe were also there It was amazing

Dislikedthe rooms were a bit warm i would have liked if there was aircon, but opening windows would work also. The staff didnt know how much were to pay when we entered and missed to take a part of the cost and upon asking we have been told that we paid everything, Even when checking out nobody asked us anything to pay remaining. But next day they contacted us through booking.com and said that we still have some outstanding amount and then i had to pay that over phone. But thats fine we dont have problem in paying any outstanding amount but they should have checked that thoroughly when we check in and check out. on the way to hotel from the train station it has many nightclubs which i felt a bit different when going to stay with my family. But the hotel location itself is good as its a bit far from those clubs other than this experience everything was amazing
