LikedMy stay at this hotel left me incredibly dissatisfied on multiple levels. From the moment I checked in, it was evident that the property was poorly managed. The rooms were outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The carpets were worn, the furniture was shabby, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. However, the most distressing part of my stay was the incident involving stolen items. Despite taking precautions, I discovered that some of my personal belongings had gone missing from my room. When I reported the theft to the hotel staff, their response was lackluster at best. They seemed disinterested in my predicament and offered little assistance in addressing the issue. The lack of security measures and the dismissive attitude of the staff only added to my frustration. It's disheartening to feel unsafe and unsupported in a place that should prioritize the well-being and comfort of its guests. This experience has left me with a lasting negative impression of the hotel. I would strongly caution anyone against choosing this establishment for their stay. The combination of poor room conditions, indifferent customer service, and the unfortunate incident of theft make this a place to avoid if you're looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay during your travels.

Liked- air con - comfy beds - perfect for cheap groups travelling - 10 min walk from station
Disliked- quite far from central - arrived to room not ready

LikedRoom has enough space for group or family. Hotel is located near the Napoli central station.
DislikedRoom was smelly (feels like sewage bad smell). Shower pipe was broken. Toilet paper, shampoo and soap/shower gel were not available. Bedsheets were dirty. The host charges for the late check in as well, which is totally awful. After the shower, while bathroom was filled with water and it got hard to use toilet as well.

LikedWe appreciated the location - close to Via Tribunale and Centro Historico. The hostel is situated in the house where locals live which we liked. There was everything in the room what we needed for one night.
DislikedWe had a problem with check-in. We were asked for extra 20 euros because we came after 9pm. Even though there is said at the booking.com that the reception is non stop.
