LikedWe liked everything about this property. We had several WOW moments with their service and the facilities. Each and every staff provided us with a personalised service throughout our stay. The hotel had wonderful dining options and our favourite was Saffron restaurant. The stay comes with free access to the Lost Chambers Aquarium and the Aquaventure Water Park. This is perfect for a family with Kids to keep them occupied throughout the day. Overall we are overjoyed with the experience we had with Atlantis, the Palm. Will definitely visit again.

LikedOur recent stay at Atlantis Resort and Water Park was a mixed experience, with moments of sheer delight overshadowed by a few disappointments. Starting with the positives, the location of the resort is truly breathtaking. The sea view is mesmerizing, offering a picturesque backdrop for our stay. The hospitality of the staff exceeded our expectations, with every member of the team going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The highlight of our visit was, without a doubt, the water park. It's truly something else—a haven of aquatic fun and excitement. However, this time, our experience was slightly marred by the closure of one of the towers for maintenance. While we understand the necessity of maintenance, it did detract from our overall enjoyment, especially since it was our third visit to the water park. Despite this setback, we would still rate the hotel highly, giving it 9 out of 10. However, we feel compelled to mention that considering the value we paid and comparing it with other hotels, the rooms at Atlantis are in need of an upgrade. They felt outdated and could benefit from modernization to match the luxurious standard of the rest of the resort.
