Astoria Palace Hotel

LikedNothing to complain about the staff. Didn't have much interaction with them though.

DislikedThe hotel looked nice and clean at first. Soon you however start to notice the permanent stains on carpets and walls, the sqeeky doors, air conditioning not working, WiFi is a joke etc etc. Location is more remote than i had realized. It's a good 45min walk to any point of interest. Unfortunately the neighborhood is also very dirty.

LikedHotel in area outside of the city centre. Good value.

DislikedArea wasn't the best. Toilet wasn't cleaned. The dining area wasn't looked after properly. Dirty tables. Leftovers stayed on them for 10-15min.

DislikedEverything is wrong with this hotel, I highly recommend stay away from it. Faults advertising about AC and wifi ,there is no wifi,you could not open anything and I ask about Ac is central air they control it. They said is winter we are visiting in late April and the hotel is locate it on the main road with a lots of traffic noise if you close your window the room will be to warm there is no fans in room . There is 3 elevators being use for 14 floors good luck to finding one to take you up and down. We had to hall our begs from 8 floor down after waiting for 10 minutes. There is a lots of trash in the area near the hotel .

DislikedThe hotel is catering for groups of teenagers and that comes with a lot of noice all day and nights. Hotel is old and in need of major renovation
