LikedI liked the hospitality sense and kindness the team has with all guests, the hotel is located in a nice and central place where you can find markets, drugs stores, restaurants and transportation to the cultural and touristical places in Vienna. The person who checked us in was amazing, I am hoping she is getting promoted soon or recognized because she is a rock star and always she has a friendly way to handle the guests. TRUST ME that person values gold. :)
DislikedMy TV didn't work for netflix and the shower was broken but that's ok, not a big deal :) things happen ;)

LikedAverage breakfast but the ukrainian lady managing the breakfast counter was really helpful.
DislikedOnly paid room cleanup., this was inconvenient as my stay was for 6 nights. Quality and availability of good quality pillow was questionable.

Breakfast was amazing as it is served to you with multiple options. Room was decent with big window/ door balcony. It is located quite far from the nearest underground station (Meidling I believe) but still within walkable distance, around 25 minutes.
