LikedLocation was ok. It was fairly clean . We had a balcony to go out.
DislikedWe ordered 2 adults and 2 children apartament and had apartament with double bed only. We slept all together on 1 double bed. It wasn't pleasant. my kids are 16 and 12 so you can imagine been tired after all this hours or driving, tired and then sleep with 2 kids and wife and no cover etc... There was not possible to contact the reception person after 7pm. we told them that we come later as there was a traffic. Lady called us and confirmed this. She knew we are with kids when she called me as she had to look at the booking for my number. it was the worst night out of many i booked through booking. Parking over night 40zl. Ridiculous . It was underground and it was hard to open the gate. You had to show the card towards the square box which i didn't know as no instructions left. Liking from the shower doors. Kitchen tap handle broken off, Washing machine was inside the kitchen and it wasn't working at all. looks like someone knew about the problem. Otherwise it would be fitted inside. Worst was no contact after 7pm .

LikedGood location and clean.
DislikedThere was a strange noise of an elevator shaft that was clearly perceptible in the apartment. The bed and pillows were rather uncomfortable.  I attempted to get in touch with the staff following my departure to retrieve something I have left at the premises, but I received no response. Very disappointing!

LikedLocation, as we stayed in the complex a while ago.
DislikedWe picked up keys from the reception, were given directions and went to the apartment. As we stayed in the complex a while ago (via a different company), we knew our way around. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 people for 3 nights, with WiFi, dining area, even a coffee machine. Looking at the pictures on Booking.com, it looked so good! BUT! Here comes the reality check! The place stank, it was partly damaged (as you can see in the pictures), worn out, bedsheets weren't changed (honestly that never happened to me before), dining table and chairs weren't there, WiFi wasn't working, coffee machine non-existent - simply a place from your worst nightmares. We immediately went back to reception to sort it out - asked for another apartment, apparently we had to speak to the Management, but they couldn't be contacted by us, only by the reception, so we asked them to be contacted ASAP. The receptionist was trying her best and brought an old and damaged dining table and a couple of broken chairs (from a skip?). Then she brought new bedsheets (but forgot to bring a bedcover, so we ended up sleeping on towels). She also said that the apartment we booked (3 months prior to arrival date) was given to someone else, so they had to put us in this hole, which wasn't really ready to be rented out. Ideal start of a family weekend in Wroclaw, right? No call from the management on Friday evening/night, we contacted the reception again the following morning, excuses excuses excuses. We pushed to get another apartment, but still no action or contact from the Management. So we decided to move out, as it was simply too dangerous to stay there with kids. We requested a full refund, but apparently, that had to be approved by the Management. We moved to a different property in Wroclaw for the remaining two days. We've been trying to contact the reception via phone, WhatsApp and Booking.com app, they are avoiding us - not picking up, not answering.
