Cons (-) Nothing. All was perfect!! I recommend this!
Pros (+) My room and the whole apartment were very clean and in good condition. Didn't use the kitchen as I only stayed one night but it looked well equipped. Meeting for the keys was arranged easily, host was very friendly. The location is nice, very quiet but close enough to restaurants, shops and the seaside promenade.
Cons (-) The description of the room having sea view and balcony might be misleading for some. As an experienced traveller, I did not expect a spacious balcony facing the sea but some people might, so maybe the description should be a bit clearer.
Pros (+) Very good location, not too 'touristy'. Easy access to town, beach & local shop for groceries.
Cons (-) The neighbours were quite noisy. We were woken up very early every morning to noise and the smell of frying food and we requested they keep the noise down in the evening when we were trying to sleep. I realise this is out of control of the apartment owners. The bedroom could do with a bedside light and my companion found the bed uncomfortable and needed to use a blanket as a 'mattress topper'. Pros (+) It was a quick 14 minutes from the airport. It was clean, basic but all that you need for a night stay.
Cons (-) I let them know long ahead of time my flight information as I was concerned about getting there after 11:00 PM I arrived at 10:50 and ended up having to sit outside on the curb of the street and wait for over 30 minutes for the guy to come let me in. Pros (+) Good contact, nice staff and very flexible which was perfect for our style of traveling.
Cons (-) There was a dead body underneath our bed, but we called him Steve and he became our friend. But honestly, nothing was wrong. Nice place to stay. Although there could be a ventilation system in the bathroom, or at least curtain for the small window which suits the purpose.
