DislikedWe booked transfers to and from the hotel, this was completed through the messenger service from the hotel via booking.com on the way out and direct with the hotel for the return journey. Both journeys were an absolute nightmare. The initial pick up from the airport to the hotel was over 2 and a half hours due to the driver not knowing where he was going despite contacting the hotel. The return journey was worse, as, even though we told them which airport we were going to 3 times, the driver dropped us off at the WRONG AIRPORT. We the had to pay €120 to get to the correct airport which we only just made on time.

LikedExcellent value for money. Close to main attractions( Blue mosque, Grand Bazaar , ) Staff are super friendly. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds.

LikedWelcoming, clean and nicely laid out room. The King size bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom super clean with large corner tub, very spacious Lovely furniture, ample cupboard space All the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, took the time to explain, especially Ulash who does the night shift. He was exceptional

DislikedThe cleaners took our towels even though we were happy to reuse and had specifically hung them up. Arena had eco and energy advice cards in the room, but the cleaning team needs to be told this. They also did not really understand the "please clean my room" sign too well
